The Help page is designed to address many of the questions commonly received. If your question is not answered or you are still having difficulty, please e-mail [email protected].

Logging In

All Users: Click the Sign In link under the WCHN logo.  If you have previously attended WCHN CME events, you already have a CloudCME account. Please enter your email address and password. 

Forgot Password: If you do not know your password, click the Sign In link under the WCHN logo, then click Forgot Your Password and enter your email address to have a password reset e-mail sent to you.  

System does not recognize my email: This system is not connected to other WCHN systems.  Please try to log in with your WCHN e-mail address.  If that does not work, try your office/personal e-mail address. 

Password isn’t working: This system is not connected to other WCHN systems; when you change your WCHN password, your CME Portal password is not changed.

I’m locked out of the CME Portal:  After a certain number of failed attempts to login, your account will be locked.  CME staff can unlock your account for you.  Click here or call (203) 739-7279 for assistance.

Updating Your Profile

To update your profile, including email address, contact information, etc.: Click Sign In (under the WCHN logo) to log in to the portal. Click on the yellow My CME button to the right (the button only appears once you have successfully logged in). Click on Profile.
